About Williams Art & Architectural
Williams Art & Architectural Photography is a full-service photo, video and 3D imaging studio specializing in professional documentation for commercial projects, artists, and cultural institutions.
The studio brings over 15 years of professional experience across diverse creative and institutional spaces. Williams has served as a Design Fellow at Penn Praxis, consulted for Georgia's Covid-19 Taskforce, and produced commissioned installations for ShopCore Properties and Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate. Additionally, the studio has created visual assets and provided creative direction for major cultural institutions including the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.
Williams specializes in art world documentation, having photographed exhibitions and performances at PULP Holyoke, the Five College Consortium, and numerous artist studios throughout New England. The studio's international experience includes videography for a grant-funded collaborative research project in South Africa's Western Cape, featuring artists in residence at the University of Johannesburg's VIAD Research Center and performances by the NAMA Step Dancers. This video work was subsequently screened at the NAMA Cultural Center in Keetmanshoop, Namibia and South Africa's National Museum in Bloemfontein.
Williams holds a B.F.A. in Painting from Rhode Island School of Design, an M.F.A. in Time Based & Interactive Media from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a working artist and college professor. You’ll receive technical expertise, professional standards, effective collaboration and an understanding of the needs of artists, galleries, and institutions.
